Most businesses are drowning in data and starving for decisions. Reports get built. Dashboards get ignored. Nobody can agree on what the numbers actually mean. That's the gap I'm trained to close.
I'm Yugal — a Business Analyst with an MSc in Business Analytics & Decision Science from the University of Leeds. I build things that translate raw data into actions stakeholders actually trust: forecasting models with MAPE under 0.2%, NLP pipelines hitting 94% accuracy, and Power BI dashboards delivered to real clients across the UK and US.
Before Leeds, I managed end-to-end client operations at a B2B technology consultancy — gathering requirements, tracking delivery, and presenting performance MI to senior stakeholders across the UK and US. I've also led shift operations in a fast-paced £1,300–£1,500/hr revenue environment, which taught me more about real-time decision-making under pressure than any classroom.
